Heaton House Lofts
Development of 57nr units consisting of a mix of
1 to 4 bed apartments and townhouses with
400sq.m in the north of Birmingham City Centre
within the city’s historic Jewellery Quarter,
The development project consists of the phased
demolition of existing buildings and
construction of part 3, 4 & 5 storey buildings to
provide 57 units, comprising 3 x 4 bed, 12 x 3
bed, 12 x 2 bed and 30 x 1 bed houses and
apartments and 401sq.m of commercial floor
space with associated parking and landscaping.
The development also includes the restoration of
a large 3,500 sq ft four bedroomed 19th
century Georgian villa, with paved garden
terrace and its own private garage, in recognition
of the site’s historical roots.
BACE have been involved in the project from
the early preplanning
design stages and
helped manage the project through to a full
planning approval in May 2020.
BACE are now managing the design
development and procurement and enabling
works demolition package leading to a target
