Our warmest thanks to Adam Eaton from Hydrock who popped in to the BACE Construction Consultants offices and provided a very interesting presentation on the new Building Safety Act.
It will certainly have a big effect on the industry.
Over the last 10 months BACE Construction Consultants have carried out a lead Project & Cost Management Role for Cazoo, across 11 vehicle preparation, logistics and storage centre sites across the UK.
Work is progressing well on the 73 bedroom care home in Rubery for Urban Village Group.
The demolition works have progressed on the new 258nr apartment development in Derby for Elevate Property Group.
