Simon has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to his many, long-term clients, delivering impeccable advice throughout the lifecycle of projects - becoming an integral part of client business teams and acting as the ‘eyes and ears’ of developers, equity funders and banks to support the commercial success of every development he is involved with.

Director

Team-spirited, dedicated and highly experienced professional, Lee Haden has built over 25 years' experience working for both large and small corporate practices, on a variety of demanding projects in a diverse range of sectors, including higher education, health and care homes, automotive, residential, hotels and hostels, pharmaceutical and retail.

Lee has expertise in both the private and public sectors, successfully delivering Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services. His understanding of the building process and procurement strategies along with being able to utilise best practices from the various sectors Lee has worked within, provide Clients with experience, effectiveness and trust to deliver results.

Associate Director

A well-organised Project Management professional with an attention to detail, able to prioritise, communicate and manage at all levels, focusing on client satisfaction and providing solutions for complex projects. An Associate Director at BACE with 10+ years’ Project Management experience who has successfully managed projects with both cross sector consultancy and client-side experience.

David has multi-disciplined experience carrying out roles including Project Management, Programme Management, Construction Management, Employer’s Agent / Contract Administration and Fund Monitoring. David’s knowledge and skill set as a Project Manager has come from experience of dealing with many different clients in varied sectors on a wealth of new build and refurbishment projects.


JON PIZZEY

Associate Director

Chartered Quantity Surveying professional with 30+ years' experience on a multitude of new build and refurbishment projects in a variety of sectors for both public and private clients. An integral part of the team with a forensic attention to detail.

Jon has successfully undertaken the role of cost manager and Employers Agent on a broad range of projects with the residential, hospitality, commercial and industrial sectors, both in the UK and overseas. He demonstrates an ability to understand the specific requirements of individual clients and manage project risks.
