Liversage Street

A new £29m development in the centre of Derby including 258 apartments split over two phases utilising a light gauge steel building construction.


The development is part of a wider regeneration plan for the area.


Wago

BACE have been appointed as Project Managers and Cost Managers for WAGO’s new UK and Ireland Head office and Production facility in Rugby.


The development consists of 7,300m2 of production and offices with external providing a new hub for the production of industrial and electronic products.

Cazoo

BACE are providing Cost Management, Project Management and Construction Management services on various Automotive site redevelopment projects throughout the UK.

 

The initial phase of increasing production of second hand vehicles for Cazoo includes constructing temporary storage and maintenance workshops to prepare cars for sale over several sites across the UK.


Rubery Care Home

BACE were appointed as Employer’s Agent and Cost Managers for the new 71 bed care home in Rubery.


The development includes full ensuited bedrooms with the benefit of communual facilities including lounges, hairdressers and a cinema with associated parking and secured and secluded garden areas.

 

St Martins Gate

BACE are appointed as Project Managers for the completion of a new £12m development in the centre of Worcester to construct 98 apartments with 1,2 & 3 beds, ground floor commercial units with an undercroft car park.

Trent Bridge Quays

The £18 million redevelopment of the existing site at Trent Bridge Quays on Meadow Lane, Nottingham, consists of 75 apartments over 5 blocks with a further 20 townhouses with associated external works.


BACE were appointed as Project Managers, Employer’s Agent and Commercial Managers

 

Trent Bridge Quays Duplex

As part of a separate contract to the main Trent Bridge Quays development, BACE were appointed to convert the existing commercial unit into 3 stunning duplex apartments with outlooks over the River Trent.

Grimsby Wind Farm

Grimsby Hub is works to existing offshore windfarm operations and maintenance facility comprising alterations and extension to existing office building, construction of new warehouse, associated external works including provision of new car parking, drainage, external services and other ancillary works.

Tennant Street

BACE were appointed as Developments Managers, Employer’s Agent and Cost Managers for the new build 40 apartment development constructed in the Birmingham city centre. 


This successful development was constructed using Fusion Build over 6 storeys. The development includes a ground level podium car park, above which a transfer slab forms the base for 5 storeys of fusion build construction.


Honduras Wharf

BACE were appointed as Employer’s Agent and Cost Managers for the new build 99 apartment development constructed in the Gun Quarter in Birmingham. 


The development was constructed using Fusion Build over 7 storeys and  includes 22 gated courtyard parking spaces externally and involved several party wall agreements to enable the development to proceed.

Sheldon Court

BACE were appointed as Development Managers, Employer’s Agent and Cost Managers relating to the conversion of existing office buildings to form 64 apartments in Sheldon, Birmingham.


The conversion of the existing buildings included new windows, ribbon glazing, entrance & window surrounds, re-roofing works and associated external works including the forming of a new sub-station on site to serve the properties.

Cliveland Street

BACE were appointed as Development Managers, Employer’s Agent and Cost Managers for the new build 52 apartment development which includes ten duplex apartments constructed in the Gun Quarter in Birmingham.


The development was  constructed using Fusion Build over 6 storeys with external works.

The Glade

This impressive new development of 1,2 and 3 bed homes in Wolverhampton encompassed beautiful designs all with high specifications for sale or rent.

Princethorpe

A new build construction of a stunning 4 bed residential dwelling with a detached garage. The self-build development comprises the demolition of the existing structures and replaced with a house within the footprint of the former structures.


The development consists of a 2 storey dwelling with mezzanine level and extensive external landscaping.
